ABSTRACT Ratnaningsih, Sita, 2008. The Relationship between Student Perception to Educator Profession,
Role of Dosen Class, Class Climate, Library Service and Motivate to Learn with
the Achievement Learn the Program of PGSD and PGTK At LPTK Country in Java. Dissertation (
is not publicized). The Program of Study : Educational Management, Graduate
Program, Keywords : educator profession, role of lecturer, class climate, library service, motivate to learn, achievement learn. In the achievement learn there are some
influencing, for example is student perception to educator profession, role of
dosen class, class climate, library service, and motivate to learn the student.
Refering to the mentioned, this research target is to know the existence of
direct relation/link among/between : 1) student perception to educator
profession with the motivation learn the 2) role of dosen class with the
motivation learn the 3) role of dosen class with the class climate 4) role of
dosen class with the library service 5) library service with the motivation
learn the 6) library service with the achievement learn the 7) class climate
with the motivation learn the 8) motivation learn with the achievement learn
the 9) indirect relation/link among/between student perception to educator
profession with the achievement learn through/ passing motivation learn, 10)
role dosen with the achievement learn through/ passing motivation learn,11)
class climate with the achievement learn through/ passing motivation learn. This desain research use the
method survey the, type korelasional. As research population is student of
semester of IV of majors of PGSD and PGTK at LPTK Country in Java following
test of teaching year 2007 / 2008. Pursuant to tables of Krejcie and nomogram
Harry King, from 1008 student taken by 205 people as sampel. intake Sampel by
using technique of proporsional random sampling. To collect the data used [by]
a enquette and analysed hence technique analyse the Research shall be as follows 1) model developed is goodness ( fit). Matter of this means
model developed explainable by variable used in this research 2) there is
direct relation/link among/between : a) role of dosen class with the motivation
learn, c) role of dosen class with the class climate, d) role of dosen class
with the library service, e) library service with the motivation learn, f) library
service with the achievement learn, g) class climate with the motivation learn,
h) motivate to learn with the achievement learn, and indirect relation/link
among/between : i) student perception to educator profession with the achievement
learn through/ passing motivation learn the j) role dosen with the achievement
learn through motivation learn, k) class climate with the achievement learn
through motivation learn. Pursuant to research finding, conclusion,
and implication of result of research, hence some suggestion submitted/sent
shall be as follows: 1) chief of major as Head of Majors of PGSD and PGTK and
also Chief of Majors of PGSD and PGTK shall use the energy psikolog to perform
a the interview to all incoming student candidate [of] nomination accepted when
new student acceptance selection [of] PGSD And PGTK [in] LPTK Country at each
the institute, 2) chief of major must be follow leadership training so that they more able to execute role as a
head in charge of to lead the education program, 3) chief of Majors of PGSD and
PGTK require to push all lecturer to exploiting of[is more amount time for the
activity of study and also do/conduct the construction to increase ability
lecturer in executing its duty, giving tuition and construction to lecturer and
also student for the shake of efficacy learn the student and also improve the
ability of lecturer and student in executing its duty, 4) majors chief, as well
as all lecturer in environment of majors of PGSD and PGTK in LPTK Country in
Java of so that/ to be paying attention to condition of place class performed
by a lecturing and equip various facility in class so that can be created by a
balmier class condition to increase quality process to learn to teach that goes
on among/between student and lecturer class, 5) lecturer need more chummy with
the student to intensify the interaction of among/between dosen with the student
and also interaction of among/between lecturer with the student and also
interaction usher the student so that class climate become the condusif in
situation that please and condusif, 6) in campus require to be performed by
order in class of majors of PGSD and PGTK at LPTK Country in Java which is made by by all dosen of along with student is
and also agreed by majors chief to hold high the high class discipline, 7)
motivate to represent the prediktor which is good to achievement learn. For
that majors chief especially dosen of majors of PGSD and PGTK in LPTK Country
in Java of so that/ to be giving intrinsic motivation reinforcement of student
by reminding that learning to represent the student responsibility and also
they [is] pushed to increase achievement learn so that can awaken to feel the antusiasme and
student enthusiasm to learn the substance of lecture and field practice, 8)
because library represent one of supporter facility for the efficacy of learn
all student, hence side the campus better provide the library with all its
facility better, 9) for the researcher of to come which wish to check about
achievement learn, more majored to variable which not yet been expressed or
possible after there is management repair in campus of about make-up of
