It proves that in “Ketog Magic” Whorkshop, there is transfer of knowledge and skill that will yield skillful man power. Their capability is acquired through apprentinceship system, the instructional model is not hierarchical through there are stages in acquiring the skills: (1) early appentincer or tool coolie (2) colleaque apprentincer, (3) advanced apprentincer or coolie worker. Abstract: The aim of technology instructional is to identify and to solve learning problems. From the result of the observation in the field, it is found that physics subject at SMA Negeri 5 Palu has not usable a proper material or book that is specify design to the needs of class instruction. Therefore, it is needed to design and to develop the package of instructional physics subject.
Kemampuan Memberdayakan Media Pembelajaran Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA UM Peserta PPL dengan Penerapan Lesson Study di SMA Widya Gama MalangNoormayasantiAbstract: Lesson study is one solution of the Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika of PPL participant (MPF) to get knowledges and experiences about the lesson in class. Experiences from lesson study activity be hope can to increase MPF’s matership profesionalizm. One of the matership profesionalizm is capability to deceive lesson instruments. The purposes of this research are to describing: 1) the implementation of lesson study from deceive lesson instruments perspectif, 2) capability to deceive lesson instruments, dan 3) the increasing capability to deceive lesson instruments of MPF. This reaserch is: 1) the implementation of lesson study from deceive lesson instruments perspectif is implemented and increasing from phase 1 to phase 2 lesson study, 2) the average of deceive lesson instruments of MPF is 31,71 (enaugh capabilited), 3) the average of deceive lesson instruments of MPF is 20,33 (not capabilited) in phase 1 lesson study and increasing phase 2 is 40,25 (capabilited). The Relation of University Student’s Perception about Educator Profession, The Lecturer’s Role, Class Climate, The Library Service and The Study Motivation with the Study Achievement on PGSD and PGTK major of Public LPTK in Java. The efforts to increase the quality of education which conducted by LPTK (Lembaga Penyelenggara Tenaga Kependidikan) / Education Labourer Organizer Institution in Indonesia, generally don’t show the good result yet. Increasing the achievement of university student is one of the efforts. There are many factor to support the efforts, that is university student’s perception about educator profession, the role of the lecturer, the class climate, the library service, and the motivation of university student. In connection with the matter, the purpose of this research is to knowing the direct relation between :1) university student’s perception about educator profession and the study motivation, 2) the lecturer’s role and the study motivation, 3) the lecturer’s role and the class climate, 4) the lecturer’s role and the library service, 5) library service and the study motivation, 6) library service and the study achievement, 7) class climate and the study motivation, 8) study motivation and the study achievement, 9) the indirect relation between university student’s perception about educator profession and the study achievement through study motivation, 10) the lecturer’s role and the study achievement through study motivation, 11) the class climate and the study achievement through study motivation.
Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorisasi jenis-jenis aset yang dimiliki oleh MTs Maarif NU Gandusari Blitar serta untuk mengetahui nilai aset yang dimiliki oleh MTs Maarif NU Gandusari Blitar sampai dengan Tahun Buku 2007. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Maarif NU Gandusari Blitar pada bulan Februari-Maret 2007. Untuk mencapai maksud tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa laporan data barang inventaris dan laporan keuangan, metode observasi, dan metode wawancara. Objek penelitian adalah MTs maarif NU Gandusari Blitar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan mdenata semua aktiva yang dimiliki sekolah, menghitung nilai perolehan kemudian dikurangi nilai penyusutan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kategorisasi aset yang dimiliki MTs Maarif Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Gandusari Blitar sampai dengan Tahun Buku 2007 berupa Aktiva Lancar, Aktiva Tetap, dan Aktiva Tak Berwujud. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui, bahwa taksiran nilai aset MTs Maarif NU Gandusari Blitar sampai dengan Tahun Buku 2007 untuk Aktiva Lancar adalah sejumlah Rp 5.962.574,00, taksiran nilai aktiva tetap adalah sebesar Rp 775.240.540,00, dan taksiran nilai untuk aktiva tak berwujud yang dimiliki oleh sekolah senilai Rp 120.106.800,00. Dengan demikian, taksiran nilai kekayaan/aset yang dimiliki oleh MTs Maarif NU Gandusari Blitar sampai dengan Tahun Buku 2007 adalah senilai Rp 901.309.914,00. Kata Kunci: penaksiran nilai aset.
